Uganda Joins Global Push to Invest in Breastfeeding for Healthier Futures

During World Breastfeeding Week 2025, Uganda hosted a high-level meeting themed ‘Invest in Breastfeeding, Invest in the Future.’ The event, supported by WHO and UNICEF, emphasized ending preventable maternal and newborn deaths through better nutrition policies and community support.
