Uganda Records 36,000 New Cancer Cases Annually; New Oncology Centers Planned

The country sees 36,000 new cancer cases and 24,600 deaths yearly. The government plans to borrow UGX 165.4 billion to build oncology centers in Arua and Mbale, enhancing radiotherapy services.
