Uganda-Russia Intergovernmental Commission to Deepen Bilateral Ties

Uganda and Russia will hold their third Intergovernmental Commission on Economic, Scientific, and Technical Cooperation on October 7-8, 2025, in Kampala. The meeting aims to fast-track cooperation agreements and enhance trade, with Uganda joining the BRICS framework effective January 2025.
