Uganda’s 2025/26 Budget Proposal Faces Shs3 Trillion Cut

The proposed budget for the 2025/26 financial year is set to be reduced by 4.2 percent, amounting to Shs3.04 trillion less than the original Shs72.4 trillion, amid economic planning discussions.
